Refund Policy

1. Digital products

All items sold on UR Dream Digitals are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because files are accessible immediately, all sales are generally final.

2. When we do offer refunds

• You were charged for an order but never received your files due to a technical error
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from what was described
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same order

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@urdreamdigitals.com with your order details, and we'll make it right — either by resending correct files or issuing a refund.

3. When refunds are not offered

• Change of mind after downloading a file
• Difficulty using the file due to lack of compatible software (we list required formats on each product page — reach out before purchasing if you're unsure)
• Custom or commissioned designs that have already been started or delivered

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@urdreamdigitals.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
